Before you start your driving lessons read up on the highway code

This will give you a head start and you will be able to impress your instructor with your knowledge

If you wear Glasses remember to bring them with you on your driving lessons

If you do not take your glasses and you need to wear them you will not be able to have a driving lesson

Make sure that you always get a good nights sleep the day before your lesson so you can concentrate and focus properly

Dont Be afraid to ask

If you are unsure of anything do not be afraid to ask you instructor, you instructor is there to help you.

Think of your driving instructor like a Teacher in School they are there to help you and teach you not to criticise you

Keep Calm

Before the day of your driving test make sure you Get enough sleep and Stay hydrated right through to the day of your driving test and Practise deep breathing exercises before your driving test can help you to keep calm

Eye Sight

Before you start your driving lessons you should make sure that you can read a number plate from a distance of 20 Metres in good day light, before taking a driving lessons! This can be with glasses or contact lenses.

If this is not something you are able to do, it might be worth a trip to the opticians to get your eyes checked before booking driving lessons!

This will be checked on your first driving lesson as well.
