Here at 1st 4 Driving, we’re looking to expand our already extremely successful model that is filling driving instructors’ diaries. As one of the UK’s fastest growing driving schools, more and more instructors in new parts of the country are getting their schedules filled with pupils – and that’s great.

But we’re still missing something.

1st 4 Driving has been established in Hampshire, Cornwall and parts of Devon for some time. Our flagship areas in Southampton and Cornwall have been in established and renowned for 10 years, built on the goal of being the ‘Best Driving School in The World.’ We aim to be the best for pupils and the best for driving instructors – and this is where the right ADI could help – and be rewarded for.

But how, I hear you ask?

I am looking to start a new recruitment plan that rewards great instructors for the work they do. In order for us to set up in new towns/cities, we need eyes and ears on the ground, which is why we are now looking for coaches and trainers in certain areas.

The coach and the trainer can be the same person and will be directly responsible for the support and/or training of the future instructors in their postcode area. We have all the training materials already wrote for you to start delivering training and I will support you personally. To help you too become a great driving instructor trainer.

It’s a great feeling when a learner passes their test, well multiply that by 10 for how good it feels when your PDI passes.

The very best of training and materials

 You will get a copy of my course How to Train Driving instructors. This comes with the workbook to use in the car that guides you through every lesson, the trainees reflective workbook that they fill in with you and a complete online training that covers every unit. Teach in accordance with the DVSA Standards and syllabus.

And the best bit is, you will be paid for this.

We’ll pay you a monthly fee for each instructor you’ll be looking after in the area as and when they join 1st 4 Driving. The trainers will receive payments for training and if they are coaches, receive a regular monthly fee for as long as the instructor stays with the company.

• Advises the school of opportunities in the area, local eyes and ears
• Available as a first port of call for instructors’ local problems
• Attends local DVSA and association meetings where available
• Helps to grow the school in their area.

To set up in new areas and expand 1st 4 Driving, it’s imperative that we have existing quality driving instructors who we can use existing proven marketing methods to build a school around. And in return for carrying out this important job, you will be rewarded.

However

As we said it’s not for everyone and as you can imagine, I need great ADIs with experience. Our coaches will have an attitude that supports the industry and the driving school and someone who genuinely wants to help their fellow instructor but doesn’t want the hassle of running their own school.

The coaches and trainers will receive all the usual benefits of a 1st 4 Driving franchise but some additional benefits to.

• We’ll get you pupils (no finders fee unlike other franchises)
  • We use proven marketing methods to get pupils, including organic search results and paid advertising.

  • We’ll set you up on our diary system, where lessons will be booked for you in accordance with your availability
